President announces amnesty program
Most Esteemed Members:
In a meeting held on November 16th, 2013, at Nathan Obele's residence, it was resolved that a partial amnesty be offered to all seriously delinquent members - most of whom are no longer active members of the Association.
To all those members comes this message.
The following is the manner of the limited pardon:
Regardless of your previous debt to the Association, you are only required to pay the 2012 and 2013 dues, levies and pledges placed against your name. Everything you owe prior to 2012 is forgiven!!!
You have 90 days to pay these 2012 and 2013 outstanding debts starting November 16th, 2013.
You have until March 15, 2014 general meeting to pay in full in order to qualify under this program.
If by a dint of circumstance you did not pay these obligations by the due date, your financial standing with Agora
remains unchanged.
There can be no greater encouragement to continue to be part of Agora family, than the unprecedented step taken that night by the "kinder, gentler" Agora members assembled, to reach out to our brothers who earnestly desire active membership but couldn't due to financial difficulty. We all appreciate your membership and would stop at nothing to have you back in our fold.
Please do take advantage of this time-sensitive, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to become active members again.
Thank you.
